"I arrived 10 minutes early to my 920am appointment, but I was not seen until after 1010am. My records were determined to be expired since my last visit. The front desk asked me to update my records after I'd been in the waiting room for 45 minutes. It felt like the front desk staff were unapologetic about the wait, as they never explained there would be a long wait nor did they ever speak up later on and explain anything. I have been a patient/customer there for 15+ years. I drive 1 1/2 hours to keep this dentist, but if this how the service is nowadays and the poor attitude at the front desk then I don't see myself going back."
"They are super nice here. I really like going here and think I have finally found a dentist I like going to. They are very thorough with checking you in and as well as the whole process. They don't rush, give you time and make sure everything is good. The lady's at the front desk are super nice and accommodating as well. I do find it annoying that you have to call and confirm an app or they will give you fee. As well as one lady was a little rough with me but not bad. The parking is a little small as well."
"Dr Mahmood has been my dentist for many, many yrs. He is compassionate & he will discuss what options I have. (I have difficult teeth). He is excellent. I was a little surprised by all the changes to the front desk personnel. They did not seem as friendly as previous people. But I will continue to visit Dr Mahmood."

Never have to wait long to get in or have ever had issues with contacting office! Hygienists are very thorough in their cleaning and take their time ensuring you have the best dental care!
