"I think the dentist and the staff are wonderful. My only complains are that:1) they really have no idea how long it takes to get a crown made (always off by a factor of at least 3 for my several crown orders), and 2) they often don’t agree with my dental insurance company on what my out-of-pocket cost should be, so I have to go back and hassle with them after I get my insurance statements."
