"Left 31 minutes after my quoted time without our pizza. They needed another 8 minutes but kids have to be picked up. Now no dinner. Rude staff. Out of medium boxes. Transferring pizzas from one box to another. They need serious training and help. 45 minutes quote time then waited in store 31 minutes. Very disappointing. Do not go to this place."
"Never had an issue until today. Ordered my pizza online, went to go get it, came all the way home just to find that my pizza wasn't made how we ordered it. I call back to let them know, get put on hold for 10+mins, then she tells us she can remake it or credit our account, my fiance says "both", she says she can only do 1. So, not only did they mess up our order, but we also were required to drive back a second time to get a pizza they messed up, was made to throw the pizza out myself because they can't take it back, AND they were "unable" to compensate us for the inconvenience! We definitely won't be back."

"We had an issue with the payment. The manager took care of it was SUPER SWEET! Also they rewarded me last time we got pizza since they said they messed up. We are new to the area so this would be the main store to go to. Friendliness etc helps. We will order again."
