"While the girls at the front desk were great, I can't say the same thing about the dentist or dental assistants that took care of me. I had two teeth pulled and a bone graft put in with a stitch on September 11th. At that time I was told how to take care of the area at home and that the stitch would dissolve in 5 to 10 days. I did follow the instructions to the letter, but felt like I was being poked in the side of the cheek. A week later I went back due to still feeling like something was poking my cheek, when they took a look at the area where the work was done, I was told that it was the stitch that was poking me and just to give it a few more days for it to dissolve and to watch the tooth near where they had pulled one out on top because it has a space the can allow things to get stuck under it but never did anything to solve that problem. I told them at that time that the area that had been worked on didn't feel right and that my jaw had been snapping. They did not say anything about those issues or recommend what could be done to fix the problems. As far as the stitch, it never did dissolve and continued to poke my cheek for 3 weeks until the night I was rubbing the inside of my sore cheek and then felt something on my finger which turned out to be the stitch. Now nearly 2 months my jaw still snaps and that side of my mouth still doesn't feel right. I have decided I am going to try to find a different dentist who hopefully will do a better job at making that side feel better and get my jaw to stop snapping and the continue the dental work that I need done, and who will also be willing to take my insurance."

The whole experience was great, from the greeting from the office staff, my hygienist, Brittany, Dr. Huntzinger, and Beth, who went over costs with me. Brittany was welcoming, gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable as she cleaned my teeth and did x-rays. She pointed out areas of concern to me and then to Dr. Huntzinger, who followed through and gave recommendations and options. Beth did a great job of explaining what my insurance would cover so there would be no surprises. I have definitely found my new dental office!"

She explains things so well that I feel I can clean teeth. State of the Art equipment is pretty cool. Both Doctors make you comfortable about anything from a cleaning to a crown.
