"We will be going to a different dentist. I made an appointment with the scheduler and she specifically said that it was just for my husband to get his tooth looked at and we will go from there, I said yes so we made an appointment. Then she called him the day before just to confirm the appt and he said yes. When he arrived, they apparently thought they were fixing this tooth for 700$ and claimed that’s what we discussed over the phone, AND THATS NOT WHAT HAPPENED !!!! He apparently cleaned his schedule for 3 hours for this and since we did not have the money at the time he couldn’t do it. So being the unprofessionals they were, they blamed him and were talking about my husband in the other room!!! The scheduler was extremely rude and so was the dentist. This is completely unacceptable and we will NOT be back. Maybe he needs to look within instead of blaming the patient"

"Never a problem here except one time when personnel were less than customers -friendly. DR Lutz will do the maximum to safely repair a tooth , insurance company hassles ever since ACA in 2014. His office is Medicaid , but hands are tied due to stipulation of govt sponsored insurance."

"Only went because he took Buckeye Insurance, took over a month to get a filling after discovered a very small cavity. Its been sensitive to hot cold anything ever since. Had something drop onto lower tooth during procedure, now I have prob w bottom tooth as well. Tooth filled feels like it has a hole and ragged edge on it. I did not want to go back. Looking for another dentist to get this fixed. I went in just wanting a cleaning and check up."
