"I’d be careful seeing dr Ryan. His billing department didn’t send a bill out until 14 months after the date of service. Some of you may know about flexible spending accounts. I had one but was unable to use it because they didn’t send a bill in a timely manner. Now I’m on the hook for over $1300. Never once tried to accept responsibility for the delayed billing. To treat a veteran and 25 year career postal carrier and someone with over 17 years of 100% on time payments is, in my opinion, disrespectful and unprofessional. I’d look elsewhere for dental work."
