There was a time when I whole heartedly was going to quit going to their business because they were not friendly and treated us as numbers. One day I walked in and heard a cheerful "Hello" and was shocked. As she rang up my merchandise and having small talk she let me know she is the new manager. I decided to give her a chance. Sarah has built the store atmosphere to being a joy to shop there. It's more like visiting friends with a lot of Knowledge of any and all of the merchandise.
