"Waterloo Rd Goodwill is the best of both worlds thrift store. Left door takes you to the bins side, where random stuff is dumped into giant plastic bins and sold based on weight. Never know what gems you’ll find. VHS tapes, clothes, books, glassware, toys, autographed stuff, anything. #CatchMeAtTheBins Right door takes you to the normal sales side that includes furniture. I’m going to have to share some crazy photos I’ve taken here over the years. Follow my profile! Employees here are friendly, hardworking, and execute their duties. Donation drop off on the right side of the building."
"This is one of the better Goodwills in Ohio. I can't say I'm a fan of the rummage bin area, a lot of the stuff over there is dirty or broken but the outlet part of the store is where I always frequent. Excellent home & kitchen and furniture selections and the clothes are reasonably priced which i really appreciate. The media section leaves much to be desired, I've never seen it not a wreck."
"Always have a good time here. I like to buy clothing by the pound and resell it online. I like seeing most of the usual personalities/characters/customers year after year. You’ll get a good workout in digging through those bins."
"Looking through all the reviews and the complaints the customers and donors should be able to see behind the scenes. The employees are treated no better than the customers actually worse. Many things that are donated don't even get put in the store to be sold they go straight to salvage or the trash dumpsters. Prices are extremely high you think it'll be better to sell at a slightly lower cost and make money instead of sending it to salvage and making pennies when they can be making dollars. Workers can harass other workers with no repercussions. Remember village thrift stores right down the street."
