My car was falling apart and had been taken to so many other so called reputable places only to spend thousands of dollars and never satisfied. I was referred to Greg and Midas and I love them!! If they can't fix it, they will tell you they can't. They have been standing by their word so far so I am praying their commitment doesn't change. Goodbye Bubba!!!!"

"I stopped in Midas 2weeks ago for a rattle underneath my Dodge Journey. The head guy told me I needed new struts, tie rods and a new oil pan. A total price of 3000$. Took it to Ganley Dodge and it needs none of that done. It needed other things that fall into 10 year maintenance. A total of 1300$. Won't be back to Midas."

"Brought my vehicle in for brake noise. They initially replaced my rear rotors and pads, but was still getting noise a few days after. Brought it back in and they addressed the noise coming from my front brakes free of charge since the initial work didn't completely fix the issue. They were super professional, and it's rare to see that type of customer focus these days. Definitely earned a repeat customer."

"Called for a price on 4 tires. The guy was pleasant enough on the phone but the opposite in person. When I got there he acted like I was pressuring him for time, which I wasn't because he said I could come in that day, and it was 3 hours before closing. When I asked him to be specific about how long it would take he became rude and talked down to me like I was a child (I'm 76 years old). When he pressured me for payment and my keys I thought about it for a moment, decided I didn't like the way I was being treated and told him to forget it. As I walked out the door he sarcastically told me to have a nice day. Won't be going back there again."

"Took my ‘17 4Runner to the Northfield Midas, as it’s about 3 min away from where I work and the reviews were good. I brought it in because I needed a new battery and tires. What ensued was pure incompetence. 1. They initially ordered the wrong tires. Luckily, I caught it on the invoice and they were able to get the correct models in. 2. They did an alignment after the tires were put on and called me saying they were done, the car was ready to be picked up. I got there and the car was still on the lift. The manager apologized and said it would be another 30 min. I went back to work and then went back to pick it up. 3. I picked up the car and as I drove away, I noticed the steering wheel was aligned at 10:00-11:00 when driving straight. I called up the manager again and said I’d have it back in so they could correct it. Obviously, they didn’t bother to test drive it to verify their work was done correctly/completely. 4. I dropped off the car again the next day and they corrected the alignment. BUT, when I got home, I noticed that I was missing a lug nut. Upon further inspection, I saw that they SHEARED THE STUD. Other lug nuts also look a bit uneven, so I’m worried they cross-threaded them. I discovered the sheared stud Friday evening, so I need to call them back Monday and have them fix it. But honestly, I’m hesitant to let these guys touch my car again…. Avoid this circus at all costs!"
