"On more than one occasion I have visited Twila’s and have never been acknowledged. No smile, no hello or may I help you. Very unfortunate, I won’t be back again. I must say the lady working the lower level did speak. Upstairs, the two ladies said nothing!"

"I talked to the owner about 2 months ago about talking a piece of furniture I have and said he would take it. I hadn't brought it in yet so went there the other day and spoke to a different employee and that same piece and 2 more pieces she said she would take them so I drove about 35-40 minutes and brought the pieces in only to have the owner tell me he didn't want the first piece that he said and the employee both said they would take and he would probably donate it or throw it away. I will not recommend this business for anything!!!!!!!!!"

"Dropped off 2 pieces of cherry wood furniture and neither sold in 2 months. I stopped to pick up the tables and found damage on one of them. I believe the person at the desks name was Dave who proceeds to tell me "it is what it is". Seller beware at this place. There are better options in the vicinity and I would never recommend a business that treats people in this manner."
