"Went in yesterday looking for a better system than my mod. Most times I feel rushed when I go in asking questions, as if I am bothering him, but Katelynn Gilvin was happy that I was in no rush and she took her time to show me different vapes within my price range and what I could do. She made me 1 happy customer!!! I even asked about the heavy white bag at the cash register, and I found out about the grab bags of juice so I bought one just because of how Katelynn had treated me!!! You've got 1 GREAT employee, I hope you know that!!!!"

"Won’t stand behind product went to buy my first setup not even two weeks ago (spent over $70) and wasn’t sold or told to buy all of the correct parts, so now my pen won’t stay charged more than 30 minutes. I was basically told without my receipt there was nothing they could do. I probably have the receipt somewhere at home but for the money I spent the right thing to do would be to replace the battery part and I would even be willing to buy the wall adapter that I was never even told I needed. Poor customer service!***Update*** I am very impressed the owner immediately responded to my review and went above and beyond to make everything right. I am all about supporting small local businesses and even more so now that they really stepped up to the plate!"

"They have a pretty decent selection of Vape juices, but the testers are absolutely horrible. They are very cheap tanks and atomizers so you can't possibly get a real sense of the flavor of the juice you want to buy before you buy it. Basically you need to bring your own drip tank in two sample each juice you want to try. Their selection of tanks and batteries and kits is pretty small. Also they were out of coils for a pretty new and standard tank. They did allow me 2 exchange a battery I bought which was defective after 32 days, which was two days past there return exchange window."

"Update** Spoke with an owner (Wanda) very helpful and understanding. Will exchange battery. Thanks again Wanda. Totally agree "miky"!!!! Both the Harrison and Lawrenceburg stores...suck. The employees are tooo young and don't know anything about what they are selling. And you can forget about warranties. They do not stand behind their products. I contacted the manufacture for a defective battery, that started having issues just after 2 months, vendor told me that the battery has a 1 year warranty. Directed to return to store for exchange. Was denied by store... told that was normal (vendor recommend exchange) store only gives 30 day warranty."

"I don't smoke but I had an excellent experience going in here with my girlfriend. I would love to eventually get her off cigarettes and Studio Vapes had great selection of products to choose from. I may even get one of the non-nicotine versions they have since they have so many flavors to choose from"
