"So I went in and bought a product that on the shelf tonight was labeled “roller caddy” so I purchased one and went home and the roller did not fit. I called them to let them know they have a misleading tag up and that was the end of discussion. 5 minutes later I get a phone call and the girl is trying to argue with me and tell me I’m wrong. The bottom clearly states this is for papers and cones, not the roller. Within that same call she was completely reluctant to accept the roller did not fit. I do not understand why I was called back to be told I’m wrong when the bottom blatantly stated what it is used for. I will not be back to this location or any other satellite locations, over priced and cheap, constant issues."
