"I actually am from the Loveland area. I drive from Loveland to make sure I get what I need from this shop. I love this area anyways, coming to this shop was a no brainer. Everyone I have ever talked to here are SO friendly! I wouldn’t recommend any other place to get your relaxation needs from more than this place right here. Highly suggest!"

"Bought 2 Hyde’s from here and both were completely burnt and the liquid is ruined. What’s worse is when I asked for 2 Hyde’s the first 2 they showed me we’re almost black liquid, they were so burnt. I asked for different ones and still got burnt Hyde’s. When I mentioned not buying the dark liquid ones the guy seemed very annoyed. I buy these regularly at other stores and NEVER have a problem, so for them to have at least 4 defective Hyde’s in the same box tells me something is wrong with this situation. I also noticed the packaging is different than the others. So my conclusion is the ones they sold me are either counterfeit or so old the liquid turned bad. Most likely the second one but the liquid doesn’t even taste correct."

"Wish I could give 5 stars but not today...I bought 3 Ooze vape pens and 3 Ooze vape USB Battery chargers on January 30th for over $110 and paid in cash. Less than 3 days later 2 of the 3 stopped working all together so I called the shop and initially was told there is nothing they can do for me and I needed to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer does not deal with outside deals that happen off their website...so that angered me. I got a call back from the owner and was told to bring them in and he would replace them. I was glad I was at least going to be helped. When I was in the store the owner stated that it was only a one and done deal because I spent so much.....well....great because....2 days later 1 of the pens again stopped working. Now I sit here with my purchase an unable to use it. While it was very good of them to honor the purchase initially its not very good that I still have an item defective and cant do anything with it. The store should be careful selling those vape pens because some of them are defective"

"Great Customer Experience! Awesome recommendations for products i never knew about. The store is very well lit & organized with a beautiful huge humidor in the middle! The staff was extremely helpful & kind with a variety of products to choose from. They even take the time to ensure that your purchases work before you leave! Now that's quality service! The location is perfect, a few minutes south from the dispensary in Monroe! I've never been more impressed by a smoke shop in my life but they are definitely ELITE here. Don't take my word, STOP IN!
