"Overpriced, overpriced, overpriced! I understand that brick and mortar is honing to be more expensive but they up charge nearly $20 for products you can find down the road. The staff are generally nice but when you ask more questions and compare other products they get fed up. Not to mention all sales final policy so if you buy a product and turns out to be not what you wanted you cannot return."
"Visited this location to research pros and cons of salt based nicotine and associated devices. The owner was very helpful and allowed me to try different strengths to see which best suited my taste. They also spent time explaining the differences in what they had in stock and their personal opinions of each. Certain items may be less expensive online but their customer service and doing business locally is worth the extra in my opinion. Would highly recommend doing business here."
