"Use to go to Joel and his son for oil changes. Found a mechanic closer to the house and a little cheaper. Every time we took our car in the told us we needed something done. Joel had replaced a sway bar on my wives car. Took it in for an oil change they told us it was loose. Took it to Joel to have him look at it, it was fine. Thanks Joel for being honest and not taking advantage of people. Think it is worth driving the extra 20 minutes and paying a little more for an oil change if we are going to get honest answers. "I’ve done business with these guys for more than 13 years, they’re amazing. They’re honest, straightforward, and proactive about what your vehicle needs. They’ve fixed steering and suspension, a/c problems, and timing on my vehicles. Most recently timing because they found the van I recently got was 30,000+ miles overdue for a timing belt (if you’re familiar with engines, you know that belt breaking is really bad news so this very well saved an engine rebuild or purchase in the near future)."
