"We use this TireMax all the time and I thought they were great but there's been some things recently that have made me question them. Pressure to buy new tires, misquoting the price with no explanation of the increase, saying we'll get a $200 rebate when really it was only $75 but giving us a $25 credit to the store for the miscommunication (after the transaction so we couldn't even use it right then for our $1000 worth of mid-line new tires). Wow, thanks so much. There's been lots of miscommunications. We'll be looking for somewhere else to go. Just be mindful if you choose to go here."

"We are a single car family and I dropped my car off for a wheel bearing job. Bruno and Derek offered to drive me home instead of waiting the 4+ hours. Above and beyond from these guys. I was able to secure a ride back to the shop and the two greeted me and had me out the door and on the road within minutes. They could’ve just told me to wait but they actually cared enough to get me back home and offered to pick me up if I hadn’t secured a ride back when the job was done.
