"My initial reaction was the Establishment was very welcoming and the Customer Service is great. However the technician was negligent with the installation of the tires, my wheel lock key was damaged, which haute the installation. You have a younger team of technicians who for some could benefit from more training or shadowing. The good thing is they ONLY damaged the Key not the Car. If that make sense. :-("
