"This is always our go to place when we need to swing by and grab beer but lately the service has been awful, we miss the good ol college kids that used to work here. Did this place sell to new owners? I’m genuinely curious. The middle aged woman owner is awesome."
"Some of the rudest employees (all male) I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They said I was NOT allowed to purchase more than 3 bags of chips. I didn't see a sign anywhere, no shortage of chips, just not allowed I was told. I asked them why and was ignored. My friend, who was in the passenger seat, also asked if she could buy some, being a separate customer, and was also ignored multiple times. I'm absolutely shocked at how rude these employees were. Been a customer at Smile's for many, many years but won't be coming back after this egregious experience."
"Always fast and friendly. Sometimes in any line (grocery, home depot etc) you have a person that slows down the line. Doesn't happen often here and they are pretty good at keeping the flow moving. Nice selection of beers."
"Always friendly and prompt service. Love them! I have gone for many many years. When my now grown children were in elementary school we went every day after school for drinks. The owner would be there and have them ready for me every single day and give my kids suckers. We loved her so much! Her daughter runs it now and she's very nice, too but I became a loyal customer because of her sweet mother. I definitely recommend them!"
