"The cashier said to me in a scolding tone, "AND good morning to you too; what do you want?" I hadn't heard her greet me. On a prior occasion, the owner rudely rushed me as I was looking for change. NOT EVERY customer is treated with EQUAL regard."
"I had been a loyal customer for over 16 years (since we moved to the area). The owner, who I know by name, berated me for almost hitting the candy rack the other day. One, I was stopping to look at what I wanted in the refrigerated section closest to the check out, which is also where the candy rack was. I was completely stopped. I made my request and pulled forward (candy rack was just fine!!) He fulfilled my order and THEN was when he scolded me, as if I were a child! I'm in my 40s! How dare he disrespect me like that, after being on good terms for years. I was so upset by all of this. He just lost a good customer. I'm taking my business elsewhere."
