"Terrible attorney DO NOT USE. He did things I did not ask in order to rack up is billable hours. He did not listen to my wishes and did not have my best interest in mind. I communicated very clearly my intentions and he took it upon himself to respond on my behalf without my consent. He refused to give me back my retainer after taking it upon himself to file on my behalf."

"The staff here is slow, unprofessional, and lacking in effective communication skills. A client should not have to continuously ask an Attorney's office what is needed to move a process forward; only to be given bits and pieces until the next time they ask. Even if Attorney Cimino is a great Attorney, specific members of his staff overshadow that. They are the face and voice of his office. Very unprofessional."
