"Stopped in for the first time today! Got a sample of almost everything and went home with the Winter rye and can’t wait to make some craft cocktails with it! But also good straight."

"Visiting Ernest Scarano's as part of the NEO Distillery Passport was such a wonderful experience. I'm in my mid 50's but didn't start drinking whiskey until my 50th birthday... just didn't like it. (Tequila is my go to) If I'd had access to Ernest Scarano's whiskey as a younger person, I may have dived in earlier. The Old Homocide lived up to it's description. I expected a 140 proof whiskey to be undrinkable, but it was so smooth and buttery. I loved it. The Exhibition Rye was also wonderfully drinkable, like the Old Homocide just a little more tame. The big surprise to me was the Honey Whiskey. I didn't think I'd like it from the description online, but I was WRONG. It was sweet, but complex and compulsively drinkable. You know you're drinking the good stuff when you are already thinking of cocktail recipes in your head. We came up from Akron, Mark stayed a little late to accommodate us which was greatly appreciated. Though we are strangers, he shared his whiskey, the distillery, and his story we us generously and we felt like we were visiting family. I'm just sorry we missed the resident dog. If you want a bespoke whiskey experience with passionate people that make you feel at home, make the trip to Elmore, OH and visit this unique whiskey distillery. You are in for good company and spirits. Thanks Mark. Can't wait for the Habenero Whiskey release!"

"Great location in downtown Elmore. The whiskey is spot on. Highly recommend if you're looking for a unique bottle. Head across the street to Mantiques once you're done picking out a bottle."

"Very nice and friendly! He was kind enough to show us around and give us the history of the building! A good variety and we walked away with two bottles to enjoy! Thanks so much!"
