"I just called to ask some questions for my dad regarding some tax papers he received. And since I'm not familiar with tax forms I thought they'd help answer some of our questions. But the guy was soooo rude and my dad was shocked on how unprofessional he was. This guy just told us he was not accepting new clients, proceeded to tell us how he couldn't help us without me even asking a question or even say goodbye, he hung up! And my dad just moved out here from AZ and I'm telling him how nice people are out here than on the West Coast. I guess, I'll just keep that to myself next time. :/ I just pray this guy realizes how rude he actually was, and I hope he isn't that way with many others. This is why my hubby does taxes online."
