"Corey and Eric worked extremely hard on a very serious charge I was cited for. Although I had a lot of evidence in my favor, and I wasn’t guilty of the crime, the prosecution would not budge one bit. He knew that with my previous convictions, it was very unlikely I would get an acquittal regardless as to the evidence in my favor proving my innocence. Corey and Eric managed to work a deal with the prosecution that would take a fourth-degree felony and drop it to a misdemeanor. So sometimes it’s in your best interest to plead to a lesser charge in order to save you money and keep your job so you can continue to take care of your family.
