"The free tire repair warranty you get from them is pretty much worthless unless you're able to wait 3 days to get your tire fixed. Most of us can't miss 3 days of work while we wait on an appointment at Costco tires. No wonder they give away the road hazard for free, they know that almost nobody will be able to use it. Deceptive practice. I'll just get a price from Costco next time, and ask a shop that can get me in for repairs the same day to match it"
"Misleading and limited experience. Purchased tires for my Ram 1500. The technicians Broke All the Allen screws for my caps and did absolutely nothing to fix. As I read the receipt it indicated I gave permission which is false. The technician said he may have to break one or two (which would have been fine) however, they broke ALL OF THEM! Buyer beware!!!"
