"I don’t usually write reviews, however this is such a wonderful company, and beyond wonderful customer service, so I wanted to pass on this information.I wanted to express my appreciation for Tire Discounters , 10732 Sawmill Parkway, Powell, Ohio. I was so impressed with the outstanding customer service from the moment you walk in, from the staff at the front desk to the outstanding service manager and his staff. I made an appointment online with no problem at all, I had planned on staying and they have a comfortable waiting area with a tv and beverages available. They took my car into the service area immediately and the Service Manager, Caleb Reece came out to talk to me after they had accessed the issues. I had just experienced the worse service at a local dealer so I started out in the conversation not really understanding the issues. I should have known the dealer would have not been truthful. Caleb sat down and went over everything so I completely understood what the issues were without any pressure or hard sale. I was so impressed that he listened and understood I had just spent a lot of money now to find out there was another issue which had not been addressed at the dealer. He didn’t have to do that so it was obvious to me that his concern was that I be safe. When I went to check out the gentleman who checked me in ( I apologize I did not get his name) and Mr. Sicke , the sales manager went over everything with me in detail and they were so exceptionally kind. They will have my forever business and I would highly suggest that if you need any work on your car that you definitely visit this store."

"Just came back from Tire Discounters on Sawmill Road in Powell Ohio. Car dealership told us that we needed new brake pads, rotors and new tires ( car has 20,000 miles, 3 years old), giving us their specs/measurements- obviously a red flag/concerning. Wen’t to Tire Discounters with dealer’s measurements/specs (found they were not entirely accurate) and saved a ton of money with an honest and professional assessment (correct brake pad measurement , rotors were fine, correct tread depth measurements). "Wow! I cannot say enough about the wonderful, efficient, and quick service I received from Tire Discounters on Sawmill Parkway. I worked with both Phil & Charlie to replace all 4 of my tires on my jeep. They were so patient and kind to answer all my questions. I never felt like anything I asked them was silly. They got the specific tires I requested ordered and in the same day and I had it back that evening by 6! I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy the entire process was. I will be taking my vehicles to them for all future servicing needs because of the amazing customer service I received!"
