"on 7/10/2016 I was to see my son at Brown county jail at 10:30 am. MYy wife AND I WERE TOLD TO RETURN BECAUSE OF PHONE PROBLEMS IN VISITATION AREA. I RETURNED AND WAS TOLD TO COME BACK . I DID SO ONLY TO BE TOLD TO RETURN AT A LATER TIME. I DID SO. I WAS THEN TOLD I DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE MIDDLE TIME. I SAID WHAT NOW AND DANA SAID TO RETURN NEXT SUNDAY, THE 17TH. I HAD A VISIT AT BROWN COUNTY JAIL TO VISIT MY SON AT 10:30 , A NICE YOUNG LADY NAMED DANA SAID THE JAIL WAS ONLY USING ONE PHONE AND THAT THEY WERE WAY BEHIND. TO CHECK AT 12:30. I CAME BACK AND ANOTHER LADY SAID NO I WAS DUE AT 1 :30, I THEN CAME BACK AND DANA SAID I WAS TO COME BACK AT"
