"I've only been in once (at the Cincinnati location), but I was impressed! I knew exactly what I wanted in advance - they had the camera and two lenses I wanted in stock, and the third lens I wanted in the Cleveland store - which they shipped directly to my door (I live about 90 minutes away). They worked up a very nice package price for everything, well under retail. Colby, Nick, and Elyse were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I can't speak for their rentals, photo printing, or after-sales service, simply because I haven't used those services. But in a world where many customer service positions are viewed by employees as boring and worth little, all three of my ProCam helpers were stoked on cameras and happy to help me with what I needed. It was refreshing. Thanks ProCam!"

"I reserved 2 bodies and 2 lenses online months in advance to shoot a wedding & paid for them. When I arrived to pick them up, they said they had given my gear to an influencer. I said well I need something to do this wedding. They gave me a body and a lens that they said they highly recommend at a discount, but when I got to the event I realized they gave me a Sony body and Nikon lens, so I couldn’t use them at all. Luckily I had backup gear, but it was 15 years old which is why I didn’t want to use them in the first place. When I returned the rented gear and told them what happened, they were very apologetic and gave me a full refund, which I appreciated, but it was a very disappointing experience. I don’t feel that they can be trusted to rent from in the future since they gave away my original reservation, but if you do rent, be sure to check that they give you the correct gear even if it’s listed correctly on your contract—I don’t know why I didn’t do that to begin with, but I naively trusted that they knew what they were doing."
