"I hate to give this place one star! THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT! They do not file your taxes correctly! You end up with a letter from the IRS months later saying you owe thousands of dollars! When you approach Bob Ptacek about the issues he will tell you if you do like the service you can elsewhere! We signed our tax papers and they sat on his desk for FOUR DAYS we had to call Bob to tell him that they weren't filed! He blames everything on his secretaries and none of it is his fault. We have been going to see Bob for years! And since the pandemic he has lost all credibility! He doesn't care about your business he will just tell you he is to busy to deal with the issues."
