Mc Graw-Timmons Accounting

"This company incorrectly tripled my income on my taxes which cost me almost 14000. My new CPA discovered the mistake and mapped everything out for McGraw-Timmoms. I tried to have the company correct the issue. I was bullied by the rude unprofessional women at the desk. They refused to believe they made a mistake until the Statue of limitations were up. The rude woman at the desk continued to bully me and refused to allow me to meet with the owner Linda Timmons who signed off on the incorrection. Now I'm forced to recover most of the money from the company.The entire reason I went to a new CPA was because of the complete unprofessionalism of the company. Thank God the new CPA discovered the incorrection this has been a horrible experience. I would like everyone to know the factual evidence behind my experience and apparently there are multiple reviews reflecting the rude unprofessionalism. McGraw Timmons only cares about the big money with handling the financial well-being of local businesses. McGraw Timmons accounting services really does not care about individual people and their taxes or financial wellbeing"

"Was not made aware up front of charge for extra fees. When picked up taxes was charged extra fee for filing separate but when dropped off forms to file I told Kathy to file separate or whatever was best and she said nothing about a fee for filing that way. I wasn’t charged extra the last two years I’ve been there and filed separate both years. Kathy tells me she would take off fee but I can go elsewhere next year."

"The lady I just spoke with on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I called and asked the status of my taxes because my fiancé and I turned ours in at the same time and she got hers two weeks ago and I still haven’t received mine. I called last week and joe was supposed to call me back on Monday. Today is Friday and still haven’t heard from joe so I called to check the status and the lady kept getting smart and rude with me. I will not be using this company any longer although I’ve been using them for 10 years now. I’m very disappointed. Don’t take out your frustrations on your customers because your having a bad day or busy. Terrible"
