Dana has provided us with wonderful insight and guidance. His expertise has saved us quite a bit of money. He has recently helped us navigate new territories dealing with a small, side business. We are very appreciative of him taking the time to explain what we need to do. A side note to all of this. Not only is Prather Igel Tax Service located inside the Russell Total Wealth building, they work closely with them. So we don't have to coordinate any communication between the two offices. They know they can just walk up or down the stairs to get any information needed. I would highly recommend this office for all your Tax needs"

"My husband and I have been going to Prather Intelligent Tax Solutions for almost ten years. We live almost two hours away, but started seeing George Humerick for tax return preparation when my mother was still alive and he did her return. We were so pleased with the competence, professionalism, and friendly personal treatment we received that we have been going back ever since, despite the distance. George is amazing and really knows his stuff. He finds deductions we weren’t even aware of, and is totally on top of all tax rules and changes. I almost always forget to bring something to our appointment that George needs, but he has a way of figuring things out. But George goes beyond tax preparation; he provides excellent advice and recommendations, and coordinates with our investment advisor to ensure tax and investment strategies are aligned. Vicki Weaver is also outstanding; she has helped us so much over the years, and is so knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. Vicki has answered many questions for us and is very patient; I love working with her and George. I hate to think of how much money I’ve lost and wasted in the past preparing our own tax return with tax software. And to figure out whether to file separately or jointly, I had to do the return all over again! I have such peace of mind knowing our returns are done professionally and correctly. "Just called to find out more about tax services. Was told that because I found them online and wasn’t directly referred that they didn’t have any time until April but wasn’t offered an option to book an appointment then. Was told it was late in season and they couldn’t take people that found them online. I understand it’s a busy time of the year but poor customer service!!!! I wanted simple tax return done but was also interested in their business services as I plan to open a new business."
