"My mother & I were racially profiled by two different white men at this location. Not only did they not want to sell us a laptop during thanksgiving holiday but they followed us around the store the entire time they didn’t do that to the white people in the store. My mom and I got sick of it so we decided to buy the store model laptop and the guys acted they didn’t want our business but we ignored their rude behavior and asked if we could purchase this one to which they said they had to take it to the back before we could purchase the laptop we didn’t think anything of it. I don’t know what they did to the computer in the back but there’s never enough space on the laptop even though we only installed one app which is Apple iTunes but ever since we brought this “floor model” home it hasn’t worked right since. If your any color other than white don’t expect good service. I just spent 3 hours on the phone with Microsoft support helping me to even login to this computer let alone trying to get the computer to work. Once it stopped worked we left it in a corner on our desk."
