I have inquired to when the taxes will be completed and it’s always, “in a week or two”. And now she needs to file for 2022. She is greatly concerned about the fines and penalties that will be incurred from the city, state, and the IRS."

"Our paperwork for taxes was taken in February 2. We still don’t have them back. I would not recommend this place. Prices go up every year, service goes down. We will be looking for a new place next year."
"Our taxes were dropped off February 8 and an appointment was made to pick them up February 22. When we arrived at our appointment, our taxes were not finished. There weren't any calls made to us to ask questions or to reschedule. We were finally called to pick the up on March 7. When we went to pay, they double debited our checking account. We waited for almost an hour while 3 different people tried unsuccessfully to complete the refund. I would not reccomend this firm with your money or information."
