"I don't know what good a phone number for appointments is when the phone is never answered. I've called multiple times over a couple days and nobody ever picked up. Edit: The business replied. So you only listen to voicemails? You don't pick up any calls? What is the point of that. Additionally, I used to be a student, so I thought maybe I could get some help. Maybe I would have known if I was ineligible if someone picked up the phone and told me that. Don't know what makes this review "untrue". I literally called and nobody ever answered. And then you literally admitted to not answering the phone."
