"Renee is not up to date and needs retrained. She had us calling our title company looking like fools insisting we needed a 1099s and we DID NOT. We did not need to claim the income and it stated that clearly in our escrow paperwork and very easily found information online. Instead of answering us questioning her she got irate and condescending, clearly not wanting to admit she was wrong. Went to another JH office in Akron the next morning and he confirmed we were absolutely correct and our taxes were filed within an hour. Glad we went to him anyways because she made other mistakes. She needs re trained."

"I want to the East exchange Street Jackson Hewitt and had Renee as my tax preparer. She was very thorough on explaining everything and going over all the paperwork she was very polite and very caring due to me having a medical condition. She had me in and out very quickly I believe I was there about a half hour to 40 min. The only thing I did not like is I believe they should tell you what price you're looking at to file because I was thinking it would be around $50 by there website and it ended up being around $240. And I did not find out that price until the very end. Other than that Renee was absolutely wonderful."
