For their receptionist not the tax professional to contact me cancel my appointment and tell me that she doesn't care for my business. Good I've been using jackson hewitt for 7 plus years and it ends today! I will not go back and will not recommend this location or any to anyone. I understand people are filling late and you feel you can't be bothered to go over my amendments that need made no fault of mine. Next step is reporting to BBB for refusal to help even when you've already taken money for the service, don't opt for the extra protection they won't help after taxes are filed!!!!"
