"Would not recommend this place! We had a 50% off coupon and they would not honor it, claiming that it "expired" the previous week, even though it had no expiration date. The process took over 2 hours and we were sitting in a dingy corner in Walmart's money services dept, with multiple distractions and interruptions. Our preparer did not communicate with us much during the process and we sat there for long periods of time, watching her appear to be confused. This was not a comforting or pleasurable experience, and it was the most expensive tax return we have ever paid for!"
