"Im from out of state and decided to try this tax company and I was expecting a headache but instead was treated with so much respect and the best of service. The president took me right into his office and did my taxes one on one with me. He was very knowledgeable and even went into a investment program with me when I brought up my retirement problems. Came in with low expectations and right away the secretary made me feel at home and comfortable and I left very satisfied with my experience. Highly recommend this company for your needs."

"Had a little more complicated return this year than in the past, sought professional help. Made my appointment, he ran out of time so he said he promised he would check over his numbers later because he had other appointments to get to. I should have pushed to just get it finished, as I too, had an appointment. He got my city taxes mixed up and WRONG. Not only that, he told me I had to send in all my state and city on my own, which okay fine. Then when I went to file my city taxes, they not only said that he already sent them in and filed them as a 0, he didn’t even send them in in the amount he said I owed!!!!!!! Thank GOD I knew that was wrong or I would be looking at some trouble here. Paid him 200$ for my trouble. DONT GO HERE. I just pray that there wasn’t some other mistake that will cost me dearly here soon."

"I dropped off my info and was promised my forms would be completed by a certain date. Two weeks later I finally was able to get them. Matt said he would file paper returns by mail. To track the returns, he said he has a special phone number to call. Over a week later he still hasn't called me back. Today I called the IRS and was told that the returns were never filed. I've now filed complaint forms with the IRS and will likely have to get my returns done again and have them late. Then I get to go to court to try to get my preparation fees back. Not a snowball's chance in hell I'll ever use them again."

"I submitted my taxes late January and came to find out that my city taxes were never submitted. It is now mid April. I called the preparer many times and left messages, but he never returned my calls. I drove there on Wed. and he said he would wait and submit them on Saturday, even though they were due the Monday after. Well I called the city tax agency afterwards and found out that they were never submitted properly. I filed them myself (even though I paid the tax preparer months ago to do it) and am now waiting to see if I get penalized because they're late. This is totally unacceptable and even though I've gone to Buckeye Tax for several years, I will not be going back."

"I've taken my taxes here to be prepared for a few years and received ok service in the past. This year however was so terrible, I will never return. They made an error that shorted me over $3500 on my return and when I called to have them fix it I was told it would be done the next day. I called 5 times and left 3 messages over the course of 8 days just trying to figure out if I could come in and pick up my taxes. I never received a response from Chris Allen. So I drove 30 minutes to see what was going on. They still were not done. Chris told me that he "was very busy and me blowing his phone up doesnt help." He then told me he was going to need another week to get them taken care of! Mind you my taxes were not anything to difficult. Absolutely terrible service."
