"Overall ok but when it came time to pay for services he asked if I wanted it taken out of my return and I said ok or I can pay with my debit card. So he finished my taxes n shows where the charges are and how much I will get back. I asked about the $50 charge and he states it's a bank processing fee. I asked how do I get that fee to go away and was told if I pay by credit card instead of having it taken from my income tax return. It felt like it was underhanded since I told him I would pay either way not knowing that there was a 50 dollar processing fee attached. I wonder how many people were aware of that when they had taxes done. If they would have paid with Cc they would have saved $50. Needless to say I paid with debit card and saved $50."
"Tax preparer, when asked, i felt was deceptive. I asked how to waive the bank charge of 49. He stated if u paid today for preparing it would not be charged. But After reading printed paperwork. This could have been waved if the Irs did direct deposit instead of it going throu that bank service. Felt he could have told me that"
