"1/10 I would not recommend filing with them, I dropped off my tax information, and was about to file to only see that they were trying to charge me $474 dollars to file, I simply asked why it was so expensive, and the receptionist said "well do it yourself then" and rudely hung up the phone. Very unprofessional, I never got a thank you, but instead they offered me 50% off to file in which i declined."

"Horrible, I made an appointment and when I arrived I was asked to have a seat, I then informed the receptionist I have an 430pm appointment. She in turned said I dont see any appointments in the computer, that's funny because I was sent a confirmation email. She then said I would have to wait 45 mins or so until a tax preparer came to work. Never again will I waste my time."
