"I would absolutely NOT reccomend anybody to use their services. Things were not explained to me properly and I was just told to sign form after form. My fee was $357 and when I complained they did reduce it by $100. My fees for their so called service came out of my refund. Recently I got my state refund through Republic Bank instead of the State of Ohio...However my Federal tax refund was held up because I have received a letter from the IRS stating that I had to go through a process to verify my identity. When I went Back to Adrianne the tax preparer she refused to help me even after she contacted her supervisor who told her that she could help me. I am extremely unhappy with how I was treated and my Federal tax refund is totally tied up. The tax preparer is totally unqualified and I would never waste my money there again. Save your money and go to H& R Block"
