"When it comes to my taxes, I've always used H&R BLOCK. But this year, my daughter recommended that I try Jackson Hewitt. So I did. When I arrived, I met Ava. She was very friendly and courteous. When my taxes were completed, Ava explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable about how my taxes were done. I received a 50% discount off on the fee, which was considerably less than the fees at H&R Block. Overall, I was very happy with Jackson Hewitt.
