"Worst experience ever. My son was hit by a young woman who has progressive 2months ago. They never contacted me for information, everything in my name but conducted business only with my 19yr old son. I spoke with 2 different "agents" that were on the claim. Guess who is still waiting?"
"Greedy, money hungry corporation. They wanted to charge me $500+ for insurance on my Audi. I went to State Farm and got it at $190 plus rental insurance with all the bells and whistles. Progressive can respectfully go to hell"

"Figured out a scam today that Progressive is pulling. Signed up for business and auto insurance with them. Scheduled split payments 1st and 15th of each month. The agent said no problem. Find out they scheduled me for the 15th and 30th to pull when I didn't have the funds so they could charge me a fee for the bank rejecting the payment. Called today to figure out what is going on. The lady said it was the system and I would have to do a whole new payment schedule to fix it. Still don't know why we didn't do that. I asked why it was set to incorrect dates and she politely hung up. No clue what is going on over there but they are not playing fair."
"If I could I would give them a negative five stars. This is the absolute worst insurance company to deal with if you have a claim against them. Auto repairs shops wouldn't even talk to us when we told them the party at fault was insured by Progressive. It is six months later and I'm still trying to get them to pay for my rental reimbursement while our car was finally being repaired. They won't reimburse me the full amount. I rented a much smaller car than the Highlander that was being repaired. Car rentals were very expensive around the Holidays and I got one of the cheapest cars I could find despite the fact that it was not near the size of our car. This company has treated me rudely throughout the ordeal despite us being the injured party. DO NOT INSURE YOUR VEHICLES WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!"
