"Jim Simon DBA Simon insurance is not an advocate for the customer. I was a customer for over 30 years I had a claim for a hail damaged on my vehicle and Jim took care of it and was very helpful. I didn’t think of looking at my roof at the time then I thought I should look at my roof. 5 different contractors inspected my the roof and they said it was definitely hail damage, my claims were denied. Jim Simon did nothing to help me. Jim is not an advocate for his customers. Get a lawyer !!!! If I could put no stars I would put zero stars."
