"Following a long since passed divorce, I had some lose ends that needed to be tied up that relate to some left over real estate. I reached out to Vivian. She was prompt, fair and very professional. Hopefully I never need her again, though it is comforting that I know someone locally that I can trust."

"Mrs. Martin served as a GAL for my daughter. She was incredibly professional, thorough, and most importantly, fought for my daughter’s wants and best interests. My only regret moving forward is that she can’t be my attorney in Family Court. She’s one fantastic lawyer. Highly recommend you hire her if in need."

"As a GAL she drove up the price of my custody battle, she didn’t listen to my incredibly fair grounded mature almost 18 and 16 year old , who simply wanted to be heard and rebuild a relationship with Dad. Vivian was Incredibly biased, she actually caused more separation between my children and their father that I had been requesting them all to reunite. Unnecessary hearings all due to her request, and her lack of knowledge of Law. Simply driving up legal fees well past what was expected offering no communication of billing updates as is required of a GAL. I had to go above her head at the law firm that I wasn’t aware at the time that she was soon to be no longer employed with to get an actual invoice showing how she could possibly be more expensive as an appointed GAL than my well experienced attorney William Parker that was involved with our case 6 months before Vivian came into the case."

"Vivian is the hardest-working attorney in the area, and she will fight for any client she takes on. She knows the court system and the tendencies of each of the judges, knowledge which she uses to advantage for her clients. Her youth, which has been mentioned as a criticism in a few reviews, is actually a strength. She is in touch with modern changes in family law, such as the court's desire for every divorce to end up with a shared parenting decree. Clients can no longer expect to be awarded full custody just because of their gender, so they must now be willing to compromise. She also has much more energy than older attorneys, energy which no doubt benefits her clients. Her services are in demand in three counties, as evidenced by her having turned down nearly all court-appointed work over the last several months."
