"Terrible customer service. I did a pick up order, got it home to realize half of it is missing. Called the store in an attempt to pick it up, they say they don’t know how it happened, they can’t help me, one girl laughed and hung up on me. “Something happened in the store yesterday” yeah, you guys messing up orders! Idc what happened in the store I care about how expensive groceries are and you playing games."

"Smelt like raw sewage I usually don't like going to this location because even though it's the closest to me, the selection isn't great and the staff are rude. This time I just needed a couple items, but when I went in there was an off-putting smell, it got worse when going towards the deli counter. I don't know if the bathrooms had backed up or if there was rotting meat but I knew I had to leave."

"Curbside is HORRIBLE here. One time I waited for 2 hours, but they'd already processed my payment! Last time they missed 8 items and when I called blamed it on DoorDash even though I did Curbside and told them that. They wouldn't do a refund and I had to drive back to the store to pick it up. Time passed and I thought I'd give it one more try for convenience. I just put the groceries away and I'm missing 14 items! I called and she couldn't find the items, didn't know how to transfer a call to a manager for a refund, and hung up because she doesn't know how the phones work. She called back and said I could pick them up because she finally found them, but has no idea how to do a refund. I blame myself for using what I already knew was a horrible service. The worst part is it used to be reliable when you picked stuff up at the side instead of the front. If you're going to use their Curbside, just know you're going to have to waste time instead of saving it."

"Mid day Sunday and there are 2 cashiers. Lines down the aisles to checkout. I can't imagine the cashiers are happy either and I don't blame them. Hope management can make better customer service and business decisions to reduce this wait time."

"The store was nice and the aisles were clear and clean. What I did go for, I was able to purchase quickly and did not have to wait long in the checkout line. Prices are on the higher side at this store but I did see that they have a store card you can sign up for. I didn't have 1 as this was a spur of the moment stop since I was near it so no time to sign up. That is okay though. I'd go back when time allowed for a thorough look around for good deals."
