"Mr. Roberts was the opposing attorney in my case, so take my review with a grain of salt. In short, I would say that if you don't have children, and if you hate your ex and you want to someone to bash them and be rude and disrespectful toward them, then I feel sorry for you, but Mr. Roberts may be your man. However, if you do have children, then I beg you to go elsewhere, no matter how much you hate your ex. One more thing: beyond all his bluster, Mr. Roberts does not have much knowledge of divorce law. He lost at every stage of our case, even when I was representing myself pro se. This is the only reason I gave him two stars instead of one. Because of his lack of knowledge, I was able to get my kids out of a very bad situation."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I hired him in earlier this year for my divorce. I informed Mr. Roberts my husband and I reconciled and I needed him to drop the case, he lied to me and told me he did. The day before my first court date, we noticed NOTHING was filed yet, when I went to ask him about it, he said it was BEST to do it all in person at once in court...so my husband and I went to the courthouse ourselves and cancelled the divorce. It has been since JULY 2021, and I have not been given a bill, or my money back! He wont answer any of my calls, or texts. So we filed a grievance against him for lying and not doing his job that I paid a lot of money for him to do!"
