"This was my 2nd year coming to Jackson Hewitt . I was very disappointed. They couldn’t give me a price upfront . The woman who did my taxes put my information in the system and quoted me a really high price. She told me to come back the week of March 1-14 and they had a promotion of $179.00 for federal and state. I went back March 2 and she told me the price was still high $213. I went ahead and finished my return because they already had my information in their system. The woman who did my returns both years was very nice. I will be looking around for other options with better price next year ."
