"Horrible experience my taxes were filed wrong...... I reached out to the supervisor Jill and was told well mistakes happen!!! All of my kids info was put in wrong 2 of my w2 never got submitted and ect I was told I get 7000 back from JH but I get 13000 back after H&r block fixed all the mistakes that where made. I Recommend you never use this company check BBB they have hundreds of compliments from this year alone. Be wise when you file your taxes is my advice!"
"For the most part Ive been preparing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for the past few years and always had exceptional service. However, I’m a little outdone right now people have struggled all year due to the pandemic they finally send a stimulus payment out thinking it would help and the IRS inadvertently send these payments to closed accounts.. Nonetheless, Jackson Hewitt isn’t doing anything to try and fix this problem they’re not doing anything to comfort their customers they’re basically just like ol well file it on your taxes!! Which that’s at least another month away at least.... H@R Block customers had their money by the end of business Turbo Tax is trying to reroute their customers money to them and Jackson Hewitt is saying “File it on your Taxes”"
