"I made a confirmed appointment on the website. When I went to the office in a wallmart, I was told no one had been there for two weeks. I called, spoke with person working at a kiosk in another wall mart. When I got there he was gone. Called again, there was 1 person at that office so I had to wait a while. Then, it was very expensive. If I hadn’t needed it done before a surgery appointment. I would have gone elsewhere. Get the scheduling together, I even got a text that morning confirming the appointment. The whole thing was very unprofessional!!"
"If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been a customer of Jackson Hewitt for YEARS! Awful experience this year nothing but problem after problem. Now I’m trying to get my promotional issue fixed after waiting the 6 weeks and still nothing and I’m getting the run around from everyone and can’t get in touch with the district manager. I’m furious! I pay too much money for them to be playing with my money."
"Appt, was at 12:00, we did not get out till 3:00 o’clock! Tried to pay with a credit card and the machine broke down, so we had to leave to get money to pay for your service, when we got back it was bad up! A lot of confusion.been doing our taxes for years there, never have we been so disappointed and unsatisfied. We will be going somewhere different next year."
"The tax preparer i had this year could have been new but the lady who was working with him was rude and had no knowledge of forms i asked about. I will not be using this service again and i have used them for 7 years. This was not a good experience for me.
