"There used to be a woman in there. She was the best at doing taxes. There is a new guy in there and he has no clue what he was doing. I had to read my own tax numbers to him to put into the computer and messed it up three times I had to go back to the tax place Place is really gone downhill. I’ve done my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for over 10 years."
"Not a good experience at all!! Did not even stay for appointment!! Had the very first appointment slot for today at noon which is right when they open!! Got there 5 minutes early. The tax preparer took a walk in before me!! I told the guy I had an appointment too. I gave him 20 minutes then finally just decided to walk out!! I was on time limit and that is why I made appointment!!! I will never go to that specific office again on Wilson Rd Columbus Ohio!!!!"

"Camille is and has always been very easy and pleasant to work with. Never any issues. I only gave JH 4 stars because it’s not likely I will return due to their rates going up $100 every year. I paid over $400 this year and I was told I was lucky it wasn’t over $500! I can get my taxes done my a local CPA for $100-$200. I appreciate everything Camille has done for me the last 4 years but there is no reason to charge people that much for taxes that are simple like mine."
